Garbanzos (Chickpeas), Raisins (Pasas) and Pique...Oh My!

In the short time I've been in business I have received all kinds of advice (and complaints) on how I should make Pasteles.  If you ask ten different people how Pasteles should be made you are going to get ten different answers according to their experiences, memories and tastes.  There are hundreds of different recipes on the Internet.

For customers I do not usually add chickpeas or raisins and I do not make them spicy.  If you would like chickpeas, raisins, pique, hot pepper or extra meat in your Pasteles please send me a message or add a note when you place your order.  Thank you!
